This sample project shows one of our group's drafts in creating a management method to ensure the Cleaner Streets, Cleaner Lives initiative could perform efficiently and effectively. This draft features a brief project description of Cleaner Streets, Cleaner Lives, and two SMART goals relevant to the mission of health intervention. Additionally, a brief timeline is included to provide specific deadlines for each task of each SMART goal. While this was not the final management artifact we submitted in our final health intervention assignment, it exemplifies strict management goals to ensure the success of Cleaner Streets, Cleaner Lives.
